Editorial Workflow
All submitted research papers undergo a review process. Peer review. This process begins with an initial evaluation by the editorial board, with the editor-in-chief assigning tasks as follows:
First, a technical evaluation to ensure full compliance with publication requirements before the paper is sent for peer review. This is followed by a review by the editor-in-chief to confirm the suitability of the research paper in terms of topic, style, and originality. At this stage, specialized plagiarism detection software is used.
Second, the paper is sent to the editor of the relevant department, who then selects reviewers specializing in the research field. If advanced statistical techniques are used, a statistician may be consulted to evaluate the methodology. The journal employs a double-blind review system, where the author and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
The reviewers assess the quality of the research paper and its contribution to the field, and provide recommendations for improvement through required revisions.
Third, based on the comments of the reviewers and the editor-in-chief, the editorial board makes the final decision on whether to accept or reject the paper, indicating whether it requires substantial or minor revisions. If major revisions are required, the paper will be returned to the reviewers upon resubmission. Minor revisions will only require review by the editor-in-chief or managing editor.
Fourth, The first round of peer review is expected to take two to six weeks. Based on the results of this review, the author will be required to submit the revised version of the paper within one month if the revisions are minor, or within three months if the revisions are substantial.
Fifth, After resubmission, the revised version will be evaluated, and the author will be notified of the final decision within four weeks. If the paper is accepted, the authors will be required to pay the publication fees, if applicable. Accepted articles will be officially published within four weeks of the final acceptance date.
