Author Guidelines

The publication process in the Libyan Journal of Food and Nutrition is subject to several procedures.

    1. The researcher signs the "Publication Request" form, including their undertaking to assume full responsibility for any violation or breach of research ethics, should it be proven, and their declaration that they have not published the research in any other scientific journal or periodical and will not submit it for publication in any other if their research is accepted.

    2. The researcher may not withdraw the research after being notified of its receipt by the journal and paying the research fees.

    3. No member of the research team may object to any issue pertaining to the research team itself. If such an objection is received, the signatory is obligated to pay the publication costs, and the publication process will be completely halted.

    4. The researcher will be notified, via available means of communication at the time, of the date of receipt of the research, and will be informed of any comments, if any, or the publication process will be declined following the initial review.

    5. Accepted research is classified for publication according to its acceptance date. Regardless of the issue to which it was sent. Research papers are arranged for publication in the journal issue according to technical criteria.

  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

The journal charges fees for publication but does not pay researchers financial compensation for published research. Once a researcher is notified of the final acceptance of their research for publication, copyright transfers to the journal. Authors of submitted research are not entitled to publish it in any other journal. The journal reserves the right to publish accepted research according to its own specific circumstances.
