About the Journal

An annual peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Libyan Society for Food and Nutrition, accredited by the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research at the Ministry of Higher Education.

Mission:

To achieve excellence and development by presenting previously unpublished peer-reviewed scientific research that fulfills the mission of the Society and the journal through adherence to international standards in the fields of scientific research.

Vision:

To advance research in food science and technology and nutrition, serving and raising awareness among consumers, industrial institutions, and those interested in all aspects of food through the journal's publications.

To consolidate and circulate scientific culture among researchers in various scientific institutions and to foster scientific communication in the fields of food and nutrition.

To publish original studies and research in the fields of food, nutrition, and related agricultural and applied sciences that meet the criteria of original scientific research and accurate documentation.
