About the Journal
An annual peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Libyan Society for Food and Nutrition, accredited by the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research at the Ministry of Higher Education.
Mission:
To achieve excellence and development by presenting previously unpublished peer-reviewed scientific research that fulfills the mission of the Society and the journal through adherence to international standards in the fields of scientific research.
Vision:
• To advance research in food science and technology and nutrition, serving and raising awareness among consumers, industrial institutions, and those interested in all aspects of food through the journal's publications.
• To consolidate and circulate scientific culture among researchers in various scientific institutions and to foster scientific communication in the fields of food and nutrition.
• To publish original studies and research in the fields of food, nutrition, and related agricultural and applied sciences that meet the criteria of original scientific research and accurate documentation.
