Abstract

The content of this research is summarized in studying the position of the Libyan criminal legislator towards establishing criminal protection for the general health of the child in one of its aspects related to food and nutrition, and that is in two types of criminal protection, the first type and concentrated in general legislation that addresses all groups of society without any specificity or exception, in When the second type is concentrated more precisely in basic legislation and special legislation, especially what is related to the protection of the child himself. this study aimed to present and sense the extent of the Libyan legislator’s interest in protecting the child in its most important health components, "food and nutrition". That interest in studying the entire criminal policy, which was supposed to have been guaranteed by the Libyan legislator, for the child in the same context.
